Jaimoe was mixed breed and the shelter named him Marble due to his brindle coloring. We decided to name him after the drummer Jaimoe of my favorite band, the Allman Brothers although some people think I named him after Jamison Irish whiskey !
He loved long walks and we would always say you don’t take Jaimoe on a walk he takes you!
Jaimoe started to not feel well around the end of May he was getting picky with eating and would not finish his dinner. We took him to the vet and after antibiotics anti nausea meds and imaging , they discovered a 10cm mass on his right kidney unfortunately his left kidney was affected as well so we decided against taking him to an oncologist and just make him comfortable
He passed away just 2 weeks after imaging he had stopped eating completely last Tuesday and we decided to euthanize him this past Friday
